Typical Installation for WISPER internet service.

• Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) is mounted on fascia board of subscriber’s house or building facing the tower.
• Outdoor, UV rated Cat5e cable is run from CPE to subscriber’s desired location.
• Power unit (POE) for CPE is installed.
• Technician checks to ensure WISPER laptop connects to internet.
• A router or computer is connected via the LAN port of the PoE.
• Technician helps customer connect a device if device is cable of internet connection.

**Non-typical installation fees are available on the contract.

Service Call Charges

New service calls, outside of 90 day grace period, will be assessed a Service Charge of $50 plus additional fees if applicable. Customer damage is not covered. Examples would include a cut/chewed cable, water/liquid spilled on PoE, damaged crimp ends and so forth.
Degradation of signal due to environmental factors such as tree growth are not covered.
